HR Generalist (Junior)

MYR 2,800 – MYR 3,500 (Permanent/Contract)

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Assist with job postings and advertisements.
  • Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Support the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters and organizing orientation sessions.

Employee Engagement:

  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, including events, team-building sessions, and recognition programs.
  • Handle employee feedbacks and assist with resolving minor workplace concerns.

General Administration:

  • Respond to general HR inquiries from employees and managers.
  • Assist with ad-hoc HR tasks and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
